Micro-ingredient dispenser

The microdoser is a machine proposed for the dosing of micro-components within mixing processes, both for powdered and granular products. 

The microdoser can be inserted both in-line additive processes and batch processes. 

The construction materials consist of a body made entirely of stainless steel, a horizontally mounted rotating mixing tool, a feeding screw under the mixing tool, a feeding tube that encloses the protruding feeding screw and a drive unit. 

Equipped with multiple components, it is a highly efficient feeder for continuous volumetric feeding and can be successfully used in the most diverse sectors. 

To complete, the following optional accessories can be integrated: 

• Loading hopper with cover 

• Vibrator 

• Weighing system for loss-in-weight dosing 

• Atex certification
