Continuous dosing ponderal flow balancer
The ponderal flow balancer FlowOne is ideal for dosing granular materials in a continuous flow. Born for grain dosing, it has evolved with sophisticated software management to dose different types of granular materials, while maintaining high precision. Thanks to its small size it can be easily positioned in confined spaces and in difficult areas. The ponderal flow balancer FlowOne has very low running costs and drastically reduces the cost of energy compared to a classic volumetric dosage.
Available in carbon steel, painted with food-grade epoxy powders and in AISI 304 steel.
FlowOne covers a wide range of capacities ranging from 1 to 100 t / h with incredible stability.
All FlowOne electronics are of a commercial nature to make the customer independent in the supply of spare parts, moreover it is born with predisposition to the most common standard communications on an IP basis.
