Ponderal Flow Balancer
The FlowOne (FO) ponderal flow measurer is a machine developed for the continuous dosing of granular products and can be easily installed in multiple industrial environments thanks to its versatility, robustness and ease of use. The small size allows installation in tight spaces while cleaning and maintenance are facilitated thanks to a dedicated door.
Calibration can be easily performed through simple guided steps and a dedicated sample weight.
In the event of a fault (or power failure), the doser can be controlled completely manually.
The control panel is the result of many years of experience, and is designed and built with components from leading brands to work even in difficult environments (IP65).
The FO doser allows interfacing with digital and analogue remote controls and offers MODBUS TCP and PROFINET connections. Thanks to these features, the FO doser can be completely controlled both from the local display and in remote mode.
The FO weight ponderal flow measurer can be supplied in both carbon steel painted with food grade epoxy powders and in AISI 304 steel.
FO covers a wide range of capacities from 1 to 100 t/h with great accuracy.
The machine is supplied certified for use in ATEX 22 Environment, and is Industry 4.0 Ready.

Flow Measurer
The RateOne (RO) system is the ideal solution for measuring the flow of granular products in line: it is the right compromise where a high flow rate measurement in small spaces and good measurement accuracy is required.
The machine is equipped with an integrated loading hopper with a continuous level sensor: unlike the main inclined plate measurement systems, the loading hopper guarantees a constant product flow, optimizing the impact of the product on the weighing plate and the relative precision. The heart of the system lies in a sophisticated software algorithm, thanks to which it is possible to coordinate the accumulation of the material in the hopper and the flow of the product at the outlet with extreme precision.
The RO calibration of is extremely simple and can be completed quickly in three simple guided steps and a dedicated small sample weight.
RO is available in carbon steel, painted with food-grade epoxy powders or in AISI 304 steel.
