Batch Scale

The scale ScaleOne (SO) was developed for production processes that require high precision in flow control. Thanks to its technology, it can be used both as a flow regulation tool and as a control and totalization tool. It can be used with both granular and powdery materials. 

SO is available in carbon steel, painted with food-grade epoxy powders or in AISI 304 steel. 

SO is composed of a feeding unit, designed with an innovative suction management system, and a weighing container supported by 3 load cells that guarantee accuracy and stability. 

Both the feeding unit and the weighing container are equipped with special doors for cleaning and maintenance. 

SO can be completed with various types of hoppers (both standard and custom-designed) and other accessories. 

The control panel is the result of many years of experience, and is designed and manufactured with components from leading brands to work even in difficult environments (IP65). 

SO allows interfacing with digital and analogue remote controls and offers MODBUS TCP and PROFINET connections. Thanks to these features, SO is completely controllable both from the local display and remotely. 

SO covers a wide range of flow rates from 1 to 42 m3/h with great accuracy. 

The machine is supplied certified for use in ATEX 22 Environment, and is Industry 4.0 Ready. 

Twin Hopper Scale

The WeightOne (WO) scale is ideal for controlling processes with high capacity and high precision. The synchronous weighing system of the double baskets allows, in fact, to reach high capacities in small spaces. WO can be used with both granular and powdery products 

WO is available in carbon steel, painted with food-grade epoxy powders or in AISI 304 steel. 

The weighing containers are placed on 4 weighing modules each, to optimize accuracy and maintenance. 

The entire machine is equipped with removable panels for cleaning and maintenance. 

WO can be completed with various types of hoppers (both standard and custom-designed) and other accessories. 

The control panel is the result of many years of experience, and is designed and manufactured with components of primary brands to work even in difficult environments (IP65).

Continuos Flow Scale

The LiwOne (LO) scale is the right compromise for dosing and controlling production processes that require good precision, high capacity and small spaces. Thanks to its technology, it can be used both as a flow regulation tool and as control and totalization. The dosing regulation system via a servomotor-controlled dosing gate can only be used with granular materials. 

LO is available in carbon steel, painted with food-grade epoxy powders or in AISI 304 steel. 

LO is composed of a feeder unit, designed with an innovative suction management system, a weighing container supported by 3 load cells that guarantee accuracy and stability and a dosing unit. 

All the units are equipped with special doors for cleaning and maintenance. 

LO can be completed with various types of hoppers (both standard and custom-designed) and other accessories.
